Product Information

The HARMONY® cushion from The ROHO Group is a lightweight and stable cushioning solution. The HARMONY® cushion combines a lightweight and comfortable ROHO AIR FLOATATION Cushion Overlay with a contoured foam base, encased within a moisture resistant cover.

The HARMONY is intended for individuals who weigh 275 lbs. or less, (when properly sized to the individual) who may require skin/soft tissue protection and/or positioning while seated. The HARMONY must be used with the supplied cover.

Stability. Stability builds a foundation of function. If the wheelchair user is struggling to achieve balance or stability, they may have difficulty achieving functional goals. The Harmony cushion is built on an anatomically shaped, foam platform that enhances the user’s seated stability and helps them maximize their functional potential.

Comfort. Many times comfort is dismissed as a luxury, but comfort and function go hand in hand. The Harmony includes a ROHO AIR FLOATATION Cushion Overlay positioned over the contoured foam base that provides a shape fitting interface, reducing discomfort through enhanced blood flow and achieving longer sitting times.

Applications:

Recommended for seated individuals who:

Currently have skin/soft tissue breakdown (lesser stage pressure ulcer following an individual assessment)
Are at risk for skin/soft tissue breakdown
Have normal or impaired sensation
Require increased sitting stability
Require lower extremity alignment

If you are using a wheelchair with a sling seat, we recommend the use of the ROHO Contour Base, the ROHO Planar Solid Seat Insert, or a solid seat platform in conjunction with your wheelchair cushion for best positioning results.
